IP video camera with siren, flasher and cloud EZVIZ Husky Air

IP video camera with siren, flasher and cloud EZVIZ Husky Air

In today's world, having a video surveillance camera is an important prerequisite for ensuring a high level of security of premises and property. It is one of the most effective ways to protect against intruders, robber attacks and other criminal activities. Modern video surveillance systems are actively used both at home and in business environments, for the purpose of monitoring children or monitoring the quality of staff. Cameras can be easily installed both inside and outside the premises. They are indispensable, easy to use and allow you to control day and night shooting. Video cameras are not only a solution to many problems, but also a way to prevent them. When deciding to install a video surveillance camera, it is important to choose the right equipment.

EZVIZ Husky Air is a camera from Hikvision, the world leader in video surveillance of our time. EZVIZ is a sub-brand of Hikvision, which targets the B2C market, i.e. directly to the end consumer. One EZVIZ camera, without building any global systems, will be enough for full control over what falls into the field of view of its lens.

A little bit about the EZVIZ Husky Air package. It consists of the camera itself with wifi antenna horns, instructions, mounting stencil for easy installation of the camera, mounting kit, RJ-45 fastener to prevent moisture and power supply to connect to the network.

The 2 megapixel camera shoots full HD video, recording it either to a memory card of up to 128 GB or to the DVR, depending on the settings. Shooting quality allows you to see a person at a distance of about 10 meters. The camera allows you to connect to the wired Internet, has a 12V power supply, two-way audio (built-in microphone and speaker), infrared illumination up to 30 meters and LED-lighting, which you can turn on via a smartphone or it will turn on automatically when it gets dark. The camera also has a built-in siren, which can be activated by a motion detector.

To connect your camera, you need to download the EZVIZ app and register in the cloud service. The procedure of connecting the camera to your smartphone is as simple as connecting it to any messenger and takes no more than 5 minutes. The EZVIZ application updates itself while your phone is connected to the Internet, which is very convenient.

There are two types of camera connection in the application: sound wave and AP mode. When you start the connection process, you need to wait for the sound wave to complete, and then the unit will go into AP mode. After agreeing to connect in AP mode, press the "Reset" button in the application and wait for the blue indicator light to flash. After the light starts blinking, agree with the pop-up messages in the application and wait for the camera to connect to the phone.

In the menu of the EZVIZ application, note the option to enable signal encryption and standby mode. In order to encrypt the signal, there is a sticker on the camera body with a specified verification code. This code should be given to another person if you want to allow them access to take pictures. Standby mode allows you to turn off recording when you are in the area covered by the camera.

If you need to reconnect the surveillance camera, press the "Reset" button on its housing.

The configuration interface of the camera is very simple, as flexible as possible and allows you to switch the quality of the signal received by your smartphone. This can be useful if you monitor the camera in conditions of weak wifi signal.

With the EZVIZ camera, you can control shooting anywhere in the world and be a witness to what's happening in the area you're shooting while you're away.
